Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required. Certain items, such as perishable goods, gift cards, and personalized products, cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods, customized or personalized items, gift cards
• Items with broken seals or obvious signs of use
• Products labeled “Final Sale”

3. Initiating a Return

To start a return, email contact@aurafindsmarket.info with your order number and reason. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or store credit) within 7 business days. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size, color, or variant require returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
